Terms and Conditions
1. Reservation
You will receive a reservation confirmation (also an invoice) after booking. The (down) payment of the invoice must be paid according to the payment schedules below (see 2. Payments). If your (down) payment is not received in time, “Bosmeer Recreatie” reserves the right to cancel the reservation. We would like to point out that travel, transport, accommodation or other forms of leisure activities are an exception in the Distance Selling Act. The right of withdrawal (cooling off period) of fourteen days therefore does not apply to bookings placed via this website.
Please note: if you are looking for accommodation for (your) employees, we request that you contact us to see what the options are. If after reservation and/or during your stay it turns out that your booking is not a tourist booking but accommodation for employees, we are forced to cancel/terminate this booking immediately. There is then no right to a refund of monies paid.
2. Payments
We use the following payment schedules:
- For reservations made at least 7 weeks before arrival, you pay 50% of the total amount within 7 days after booking, the other 50% must be paid no later than 5 weeks before arrival
- For reservations made between 3-6 weeks before arrival, 100% payment must be made within 7 days of booking
- For reservations made 8 days before arrival, you pay 100% within 2 days after booking
- For reservations made less than 7 days before arrival, 100% payment must be made immediately after booking
3. Changes
€15 will be charged for any changes you make to your reservation.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant can only be made in writing by registered letter or by e-mail, whereby the date of posting/receipt is taken as the cancellation date.
The cancellation fee is:
- in case of cancellation more than three months before the commencement date, 15% of the agreed price;
- in case of cancellation within three to two months before the commencement date, 50% of the agreed price;
- in case of cancellation within two to one month before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed price;
- in case of cancellation within one month before the commencement date, 90% of the agreed price;
- in case of cancellation on the day of the commencement date, 100% of the agreed price.
5. Liability
“Bosmeer Recreatie” and the owner/landlord of the bungalow cannot accept any liability for loss, theft, damage or injury caused to the tenant or his guests, regardless of the cause.
6. Provisions
- The tenant must adhere to the internal regulations (found in the information folder in the bungalow) that apply to the park. In doing so, he must comply with the general rules of conduct that the Owners' Association has set and may yet set for the entire complex to which the bungalow belongs. This also applies to those for whom the tenant is liable, who also use the bungalow that the tenant has rented.
- The tenant may only use the bungalow for himself and his fellow guests during the period in which it is rented. It is not permitted to sublet the bungalow or to transfer any other right of use.
- The total rental price includes 9% VAT. If the VAT rate changes, the rental amount will be adjusted.
- When booking by bungalow number, we reserve the right, if necessary, to rebook your reservation to another bungalow. This will only happen in exceptional cases. We will of course contact you.
- On behalf of the landlords, the manager can also claim full compensation if damage has been caused to the rented property or if household and/or other goods have been missing or damaged due to negligence by the tenant or his co-occupants.
- We would like to point out that all bungalows are privately owned and that the furnishings may differ.
- If you have any complaints yourself, you should immediately try to find a solution to your dissatisfaction with the manager on the spot. If the matter is not handled satisfactorily, you can contact “Bosmeer Recreatie” in writing up to 4 weeks after the end of your stay.
- You can occupy your bungalow between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM on the day of arrival and you must vacate the bungalow before 10:00 AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed with the park manager.
